How do I book with you?
Fill out our inquiry form! This design questionnaire is where you let us know your vision, color scheme, and theme. Tell us your likes/dislikes. If you have an inspo picture, email it to elevateballoonbar@gmail.com.
Once we receive the inquiry, we will do our best to reach out within 24 hours to talk about your event and check date availability. If you decide to move forward, we send an estimate for review before taking a deposit. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required as well as a signed contract. Delivery and installation times will be finalized the week of your event based on your event start time.
What is the payment process?
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your event date, The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event. Special accommodations may be made for corporate events. We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal and venmo.
What if I have to change/cancel my event?
Life is unpredictable and we understand you may need to change the date of your event. Deposits are non-refundable, however can be applied to a future date as long as you let us know no less than 7 days in advance. Last-minute changes may be difficult to fulfill and are not always guaranteed. Any orders canceled after (less than 7 days notice) will lose their deposit.
Can you inflate my Amazon balloons?
Just as you wouldn't ask a bakery to use your own flour, we don't use customer-supplied balloons for our garlands. We exclusively use high-quality, premium balloons to ensure the exceptional standards of our designs, and we cannot guarantee the quality or durability of balloons from other distributors.
How much is install and delivery?
Fees can vary. The Installation fee is based off what you order, and the delivery fee is dependent on your location.
Is there a minimum due in order to place an order?
Yes. We have a minimum amount of $350 required for all installations. If you are working within a smaller budget, we recommend checking out our Grab & Go Garlands. They're ready-made garlands, for you to hang. They include hanging materials and instructions, making it easy!
Do you offer site visits?
Site visits start at $150+.
